Our pricing structure is set up to create a win / win for both Forever Green Branding and our clients. Each project is unique in nature, so we do not offer set packages. We request our clients provide us with their budget and during the brainstorming process we agree to the deliverables that benefit both parties. This pricing structure ensures that our clients are staying within their allotted budgets.
Prior to the final delivery of branding material clients must have a 0 balance. We require a signed contract and retainer before starting services. A 6% sales tax is added to the total cost of services. Additionally, payment plans can be established to aid in paying for our services.
After the seed phase we send our clients a contract stating the deliverables and the agreed upon price. At the time of signing clients are required to pay a minimum of 50%, 33%, or 25% determined by the total cost of services (see retainer). We will not begin working until the contract is signed and retainer is received.
We deliver photography images through a private gallery. Physical products (business cards, flyers, etc.) are delivered via mail or in person if local. Logos, font kits, and other graphic design elements are delivered via email through a secured transfer.
Images can be displayed on your social media sites, websites, marketing material, and printed in your home. You will receive a photo release document to allow you to print at local shops. However images cannot be used for paid publications (magazines etc.) without written permission from Forever Green.
We also appreciate when photo credit is given when applicable.
Our completion time on projects vary based on our current workload. During the SEED phase we will come to an agreement on a timeline for your project.
Our ideal client is someone who is passionate about their brand, has a vision, and who is willing to trust us through the process. Building a brand can be very stressful, we understand that fully. However, we want to be able to provide excellent quality while being trusted to make visual decisions based off of our client's vision.
50% retainer is required for services totaling less than $1,500
33% retainer is required for services greater than $1500 and less than $4,000
25% retainer is required for services greater than $4,000
Payment plans can be established to pay for our services. Please note a 6% sales tax is added to the total.
The brainstorming process will take place in person, video conferencing or over the phone. We combine our creative ideas to create an outline for the brand.
We understand the value of having a consistent brand that clearly articulates your message to your audience. Our ultimate goal is to bring our clients visions into fruition through photography and design. In the initial phase of our client projects we seek to understand our clients brands in order to create the right visuals.
Our clients will receive an in depth questionnaire about their brand during this phase.
After our collaboration process is complete, we begin working on the graphic design elements and or completing your photo session.
The delivery of your final images is an exciting day for everyone! Once you receive your final branding products you can began to launch or re-launch your brand.
