Our ideal client is someone who is passionate about their brand, has a vision, and is willing to trust us through the process. Building a brand can be very stressful, we understand that fully. However, we want to be able to provide excellent quality while being trusted to make visual decisions based on our client's vision. 

I read you are selective about clients. who is your ideal client?

Our completion time on projects varies based on our current workload. During the SEED phase, we will come to an agreement on a timeline for your project.

HOW LONG WILL MY REQUEST TAKE?

Images can be displayed on your social media sites, websites, marketing material, and printed in your home. You will receive a photo release document to allow you to print at local shops. However, images cannot be used for paid publications (magazines etc.) without written permission from Forever Green.

We also appreciate when photo credit is given when applicable. 

WHERE CAN I USE THE IMAGES?

We deliver photography images through a private gallery. Physical products (business cards, flyers, etc.) are delivered via mail or in person if local. Logos, font kits, and other graphic design elements are delivered via email through a secured transfer. 

HOW ARE MY IMAGES DELIVERED?

After the seed phase, we send our clients a contract stating the deliverables and the agreed-upon price. At the time of signing clients are required to pay a minimum of 50%, 33%, 25%, or 20% determined by the total cost of services (see retainer). We will not begin working until the contract is signed and the retainer is received. 

CONTRACTS

50% retainer is required for services totaling less than $1,500

33% retainer is required for services greater than $1,500 and less than $4,000

25% retainer is required for services greater than $4,000

20% retainer is required for services greater than $8,000

Financing and payment plans can be established to pay for our services. Please note a 6% sales tax is added to the total.

Our pricing structure is set up to create a win/win for both Forever Green Branding and our clients. Each project is unique in nature, therefore we offer starting prices for each service. We request our clients provide us with their budget and during the brainstorming process, we agree to the deliverables that benefit both parties. This pricing structure ensures that our clients are staying within their allotted budgets while allowing us to provide an exceptional product.

Prior to the final delivery of branding material clients must have a 0 balance. We require a signed contract and retainer before starting services. A 6% sales tax is added to the total cost of services. Additionally, payment plans can be established to aid in paying for our services.
